Is this the most current letter TPERN I should use for my sons elementary school? I plan on submitting it this week. Thank you.

Are there any opt out forms for benchmarks? Not sure how to opt my son out at the end of this month.

You can use any of the opt out letters for benchmarks. Just modify the language and be sure you include the religious or moral objection language.

So I use the same opt out form for benchmark amand actual STAAR? Do I choose religious OR moral objection, not both? Do I do this for the STAAR as well? Will I need to submit one for benchmark and one for STAAR even though they are the same form?
